How to use SDRAM in Cyclone III FPGA Starter Kit (DK-START-3C25N-0A)

Hi! 

I have a problem with DDR SDRAM on this board. There is the A256D40CTP chib made by PSC and I can't find datasheet to it. There is no information even on manufacturer site. Can somebody help me ?

It's a standard 200MHz 16bit DDR part. PSC is a bit useless with their datasheets. Here is a link:
