Warning: Advanced I/O Timing is not enabled

Quartus II, Cyclone II. "Enable Advanced I/O Timing"-it is switched off (shown in the figure).With the compilation design appears message:  

"Warning: Advanced I/O Timing is not enabled". Why?

Ignore the warning. I filed a request a while back asking that the warning not be given for device families that don't support the feature (since the checkbox is grayed out, it apparently is not supported for Cyclone II). The unneeded warning should be eliminated in QII 8.0.
