https://www.altera.com/support/software/download/altera_design/quartus_sub/dnl-quartus_sub.jsp has this:

http://www.altera.com/products/software/quartus-ii/compare-quartus-editions.pdf says that the Web Edition doesn't support Linux.

https://www.altera.com/support/software/download/altera_design/quartus_sub/dnl-quartus_sub.jsp shows the Subscription Edition free 30-day trial only with Microsoft Windows.
