CusP stands for Custom Processor, I think it should be the license for the NiosII core, which is a Custom Processor.

Are you running a valid license for the SoPC Builder?

I am not a good license scanner.

Go to the Quartus menu

Tools --> License Setup and read what are the "Licensed AMPP/MegaCore Functions"

What do you find there?

First, it's usually not a good idea to post your license to a forum.

Second, it's probably not a good idea to post your pirated license to a forum. (ISSUER=NiTROUS?)

Last, I am pretty sure CusP doesn't have anything to do with NIOS II (maybe C2H?). It is complaining about generation of some BT656 component, which I believe uses the internal CusP tool to generate.
