At this modul how can I connect the output -tx_dataout[0] to the phisical output (output symbol)? Is this ouput a bus consisting of two lines (as it should be since the channel is diferential)? And if it is how an I connect each line to another output, since it does not appear as bus?

You only get the positive output. You connect it to the positive side of the differential pair in your design. You don't declare the negative side of the pair as a pin in your design. Quartus automatically infers the negative pin because of the IO standard used (PCML).
