Temperature Spec on USB Blaster

I am performing a temperature chamber test and have my system tethered with the USB Blaster cable (time limited IP core trials).

Is there a specification on the max operating temperature for the USB Blaster?

Thanks,

Most likely not. Some of the used parts have a 0-70 °C "consumer" temperature range, so the USB Blaster's specified range can only be lower. Apart from guaranteed specs, the more interesting question would be about the actual operation range, I think. The other option is using a longer JTAG cable at the USB Blaster. As far as I remember, up to 1 m worked with JTAG, but didn't for AS programming. But it may cause overshoot at the FPGA JTAG pins, so clamp diodes on the FPGA side are a good idea then.
