why i can not use the run... function?

when i use the run... function, the console displays: 

Using cable "ByteBlasterII on sybase [LPT1]", device 1, instance 0x00 

Pausing target processor: OK 

 

Downloading 00000000 ( 0%)

Verifying 00000000 ( 0%)
