EPCS32

How I can use EPCS32 with standalone Altera tools, such as quartus, nios2 sdk and uclinux?(Can i do it?) 

epcs320_pcf.ddb Is present, but I cannot use it I plan to use analog from STM M25P32 in MLP8 (VDFPN8) package.
