Later shipments of the board use an EP2S30F672C5 device. Whether they have different pin connections to components on the board,  

for example Button: SW0--W24(EP2S30F672C5), how about for EP2S30F672C5ES

The pin-assignments should be identical. You can double check yourself, though, by inspecting the quartus assignment (.qsf) files in the Nios kit between &#39;ES&#39; and non-ES designs. The design in Quartus must be re-compiled with the correct device assignment, though, since .sof files for Stratix II "ES" are not compatible with the non-ES devices.
