Lower frequencies

Hello 

Again my question in some other words.  I have the problem that i have a special hw part which has to run with a frequence lower than 10Mhz. How can i achiev this in a SOPC Builder system. I hope anybody can help me thx florian

use a synchronous divider, and generate a second clock,
