Ethernet drivers available?

Hi! 

 

I have to design a new board, and I've found that I can not use the 91111 eth. So I was looking for another drivers available for uClinux, and I see that there are very few! 

 

Anyone knows if the drivers of the kernel 2.4 can be used in 2.6 (with some modification, of course) or if there's any place where I can find a driver library, in order to choose between other PHYs?
