There is a bug (missing feature) in the .ptf file parser for uCLinux. The parser detects the UART Avalon clock as being the first external input clock into the copc builder (system clock or comething similar in .ptf). If there is a PLL inside the sopc builer that created a different Avalon clock for the UART component, than the software on uCLinuc will set an incorect boud rate.
workround: place the PLL outside the SOPC builder SPI and I2C componets are probably affected too. Iztok JerasLink Copied
