UART connecting MODEM

Dear Friend, 

I want to connect CAL_UART with a external MODEM, but CAL_UART don't have the full signals for modem! such as CD, RI,DSR, DTR, ! 

who caoul have a good idear!

Using a PIO device will provide additional pins.
