[Arria II GX FPGA Development Kit] Help with Quartus Prime License Activation

Hello all, 

 

I recently purchased an Arria II GX FPGA Development Kit. The product page specifies that the kit comes with a one year license for Quartus Prime.  

What do I need to do to activate the Quartus License? The product documentation took me to the self service licensing center page, but no product showed up when I clicked Create New License.

Did you follow the directions in the user guide, chapter 3? https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_aiigx_fpga_dev_kit.pdf 

 

I assume you have the license serial number code sheet that came with the product?
