Arria 10 SoC re-use of integrated security mechanisms for own IP

Hi,

is there any possibility to connect the integrated security mechanisms to our own IP core?

As an example: If the on-chip Temperature sensor exceets a certain value, this signal shall be passed to our own IP for further processing, like for example, shutdown of our IP.

Thanks for your help!

Cheers,

Izmir

I presume you mean from the HPS. You can pass interrupt lines or GPIOs on the lightweight bridge over to the FPGA. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for.

Hi sstrell,

the Arria 10 Soc Board has build-in security features. I am interessted in connecting the on-chip attack detection mechanisms (e.g., on-chip temperature sensor, on-chip oscillator, V_bat Under-voltage detection) to my own VHDL-IP running on the FPGA-side.

Thanks!

Best regards,

Tolga
