Stratix III transcend DDR2 DIMM timing

Anybody there having Stratix III Dev Kit with transcend memory dimm rather than the micron one....please help as my DDR2 RAM is not working.

I am having the same problem since ive upgraded to Quartus v9.1. But ive just found the true datasheet of the memory board by the chip number: HY5P81G831C FP-S5. The datasheet is in:

Im making the config file and ill test it tomorrow. If it works i will post it here.
