nios2-linux NOMMU on altera de2 here ...
Hello everyone, i have tried hush shell and i like it. http://www.nioswiki.com/operatingsystems/uclinux/shell How to make it default? Choose your default shell (hush) is not working. I have found out, that sash can do things hush cant do, so its not wise to completely drop sash. I would like to automatically start hush after a user logs in. Is that possible? On another uclinux System /.profile is executed everytime a user logs in, but that is not working with nios2-linux. Any ideas? Thanks!Link Copied

If you mean user login, then change the login shell in /etc/passwd to hush,
root:x:0:0:root:/:/bin/hush - Hippo
