I cant open on Quartus II 9.0 this link "Assigments->LogicRegion Window" 

 When i click on give me error that "Feature Logiclock is not avaliable with your current licence"  what can i do to solve this ?

Most likely you are using QII web edition. The logiclock feature is only available for QII subscription edition. You can purchase subscripion software to gain full access to this feature.

Try access this link (http://www.altera.com/download/os-support/oss-index.html) to download QII subscription edition. You must have license for this.

I loaded QII subscription edition but i couldnt solve this licence problem i have an account on altera.com but the program says me "you can purchase a software subscription to gain full access to this feature " 

 why do not I solve this again:confused:
