Initiate configuration from within device

I'd like to reconfigure my Cyclone 4 fpga if my soft processor stops pinging a watchdog timer circuit. Not with a new image, just the factory image stored in my EPCS16 device.

I'm having trouble where some high voltage interference is causing supply irregularities, and I believe that the configuration is getting corrupted on the FPGA. I looked at using the CRC error detection which runs in the background, but evidently my device doesn't support it because its intvcc is 1.0V instead of 1.2V...

I saw that there is an ALTREMOTE_UPDATE feature, but that looked like overkill. I'll check that out a little more.
