PCB part symbols - why not ASCII?

Altera supplies PCB part symbols in Cadence OrCAD Capture CIS format:

Unfortunately, they aren't any use to those of us who don't have a copy of OrCAD, as they have been saved in binary form. If they were provided as ASCII files they could be imported into many of the other PCB packages, such as the Pulsonix software I use.
