about the flash or sdram on DE0 board

I need to put a test hex fire (a test program) in FLASH or SDRAM in DE0 board, does someone know how can make when I turn on the power of FPGA, the cup core I made (openMSP430) will automatically to read the hex fire to test the CPU core? As I need to measure the power of the CPU core when it runs the test program? THANK YOU!
