EDA Simulations greyed out in Quartus?

In a project I'm working on, the EDA simulations in the tool menu are greyed out.

I can run RTL simulation for another smaller design perfectly so it doesn't seem to be a configuration problem. Has anyone seen this problem before?

I'm running Quartus 11.0sp1, ModelSim-ASE 6.6d on 64bit Ubuntu 11.04.

Thanks,

VinH

You can always run Modelsim without quartus.

Sorry to dig this post back up, but it's the only one that shows with a Web search. Simply having the path to Modelsim set in Quartus II is not enough. In order to fix this problem, you have to go to your project properties, select "EDA Tool Settings" in the left-hand pane, and pick the simulator of your choice (e.g. Modelsim) for the "Simulation" setting.
