Hi,
I am trying to use the PLL blocks in a Cyclone II outside the limits of the megafunction wizard. I've pushed the VCO far outside the range by lying to it, and would like to access the phase comparator directly so that I can run the input much slower. Any takers on this one? Thanks, David.Link Copied

The frequency limits aren't set by arbitrary restrictions of the MegaWizard rather than the physical limitations of the VCO and the PLL filter. Ignoring it must be expected to result in bad performance and possibly unstable PLL operation.

Drivers for what? This component is a FPGA, it doesn't have any driver. What are you trying to do?
