Unable to increase on chip memory above 4KB on the NIOS II

Hi,

I built a NIOS II system following a the 'Introduction to the Altera Qsys System Integration tool'. I assigned 4K to the on chip memory.

However, when I try to flash the hello world program with the NIOS Eclipse, I get the error saying that on-chip memory is overflowing.

The Qsys tool will not let me increase the memory allocation greater than 4KB, giving the error below.

--- Quote Start ---

Error: nios_system.nios2_processor.data_master: nios2_processor.jtag_debug_module (0x1800..0x1fff) overlaps onchip_memory.s1 (0x0..0x3fff)

--- Quote End ---

Any advice?
