10M08SAE144 PCB package drawing question

There are 4 circles in the bottom view of the package outline. What are these circles? There is no note about them. Are they grounds? Do I need to place additional areas similar to the epad? Attached is a png with orange circles that I am interested in.

Hi t, 

I assume these circles are for a device marking purpose only. According to device samples of 10M08SAE and 10M02SCE in EQFP144 package there are country code and other code stored inside of the two circles. These circles are not connected to any wire or die/chip because of the device plastic package.
