I found a .do file with an 's' command, which apparently compiles and loads everything.

Where can I find more information on it?

Google and board searches are turning up blanks except for one thread on here....

here's the link (http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34214&highlight=modelsim+command

Or any of these single letter commands for that matter?

Its not a modelsim command.

Read the setup_sim.do file, its either an alias or a procedure created in that file.

The setup_sim.do files created by Altera's tools are horrible and ugly, do not use them as a reference for how to write Tcl scripts.

Cheers,

Dave
