I try to make a simple pci express design, but nothing work. 

 Anyone know how to get the figure 6. qsys required components of file an431.pdf, because the resolution is terrible. I think its may help a bit.   --  Design board - "DE4 stratix IV"

No, I try do this thepancake, but it don't help.
