Interface between HSMC(on cyclone III) and monitor

Hi all, 

 

I'm practicing interface between HSMC and a monitor to display an image but I don't know to interface, I was looking for many websites but cannot find any information that related to it. 

 

Any person help me(can be code for example...any document)?
