Encounter error in building new webserver project in NiosII eclipse

Dear friends

I am new developer in this field

I want to make a web socket program for DE2-115 development kit

I created new project (Web Server(RGMI)) in NiosII Eclipse

and compile it , but i encounter errors

So i build a new project "Hello world" and compile , but it does not have error

My system is win8.1 and other laptop is win10

Quartus version is 13.0 , free

I wish to solve this problem asap :confused::confused::confused:
