Customer Support not working

Hello,

I'm registered in Altera site trying to get a license for a StratixII Kit, but it seems that they removed the link to activate these old products.

I've tried to place a request for help, but I always get a message that my request cannot be submitted and it ask to try later. Or contact the customer support: that is the same link that does not work!

Do anyone experience the same problems? Is there a mail address to contact?
