DE 2 Project (VIDEO)

Hello, 

 

I'm working on a new project about Altera DE2 board (Cyclone II). I would to realise a web site page where I would to upload immages previously acquired from a digital camera. I would to realise this using Nios II. 

Has anyone already done something like this? 

Could anyone recomend me a general method to start with my project or some idea?
