Hard EMIF QSYS generation problem

Hi all, 

I'm running Quartus 12.1 on Win 7. I'm trying to migrate my design from "SOPC Builder for Cyclone 4" to "QSYS for Cyclone 5".  Because the Altmemphy is no longer suported, I created a UniPhy. But for me, it doesn't work.  Does anybody got an idea?  Thanks is advance.

I downloaded the DP5 patch. See notes: http://macnicatech.com/quartus-ii-12-1dp5-released/  

 DP5 includes all DP1...DP5 content. Install on top of 12.1 full installation.  Works now

Spoke too soon. STill fails

OK, I got it !!! 

I had non ANSI character in my Windows user name. I create a new user containing only English/American character and, it's working !  That's a good day !

Hi, i have the same problem with Quartus II 13.0 (Windows 7 64 bit) and a Qsys system with a DDR3 controller with uniPHY.. (target board=Cyclone V GX) 

I created a new windows user with only ANSI characters (€€™) but it doesn't work anyway... can someone help me?

Hi Luca, 

 (2nd reply)  No special characters, no spaces and no "long" path for your Qsys project ! Try to put your Qsys project folder right below your work disk (C:\ ).  regards,

rebuild the project from scratch.
