Hi, I am puzzled. Does the device EP4SE230F35I4N be exist? I can not find the device in the Stratix IV handbook. But I really see a photo of the device. If it exist, where can I find the datasheet and pin out of device? Thanks. eRen

This part number doesn't exist on the Altera web site, and if you have a look at the datasheet (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/stratix-iv/stx4_siv51001.pdf) on pages 1-15 to 1-16, the EP4SE230 FPGA only exists with 780 pins in the F29 package.
