help need altera ( cyclone) print control card

hi! sorry i speak french. I have print optical control card 08 ver 2.0 of 2008/02/26 my card is Altera Cyclone EP1C6Q240c8N  

system is win XP. I'm Tappa Désiré and i need your help for drivers xp. funck!:(
