Cyclone IV GX Tranceiver Starter Kit

Hi, 

  I have bought one Cyclone IV GX Tranceiver Starter Kit board(http://www.altera.com.cn/products/devkits/altera/kit-cyclone-iv-starter.html),and i want to test it in my PC. i plug it in my PC's PCIe slot, the PC doesn't find this board, and when i open altpcie_demo.exe,the app tells me "Unable to detect the PCI Express board with the correct FPGA image version",i have programed the c4gx_hip_x1d.sof file to it,it also can't find the device? so my question is: how can i run the PCIe demo with the board, how to set?   BTW, the board CD package download from Altera website,there is no PCIe demo project. and i also wanna see the PCIe demo project. where can i download the project which fit with my board.  Thanks!  Best Regards, Stephua.

The kit works fine in a PCIe slot. 

 This thread has some design notes and design code, you can try it, or at least follow the sequence the document describes in the latest version of Quartus;  http://www.alteraforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=35678  Cheers, Dave
