Hi,shamlo!

As for first question, you can create you own SSRAM component in SOPC (in SOPC Builder in Component library click New component...->Templates->Add typical avalon MM Tri-state slave), configure it according to CY7C1360B-166AC timing requirements. In Qsys it's even easier: configure standard tri-state controller.

Have a nice day.

I attached .qsys file with generic_tristate component and tristate_conduit_pin_sharer and tristate_conduit_bridge (refer to http://www.altera.com/literature/ug/ug_avalon_tc.pdf). But it seems that you'll have to create your own component with tristate bus, because CY7C1360B has rather complicated interface. Refer to http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/qts/qsys_components.pdf or http://www.altera.com/education/training/courses/oemb1111
