Retrieval of Factory Image data in EPCS64 Flash on DE2-115 Board

Hi,

Accidently, I programmed the EPCS64 with custom Programmable Object file(.pof) having start address 0x0 in auto mode and didn't check the address whether it is in application region or factory one as I don't know the the range of address for factory image file.

This custom program is running successfully but I couldn't retrieve the factory image even after erasing this custom file.

one more thing, when I program the board with some custom SRAM object file (.sof), this program(.sof) run successfully but also the previously loaded program(.pof) file running simultaneously.

I got rid of this previously loaded program (.pof) after erasing EPCS64.

But my question is:

1. why I can't run only custom SRAM object file (.sof) even EPCS64 is programmed with some custom Programmable Object file(.pof) similar to when EPCS64 was programmed with factory image?

2. Is there any way to retrieve this factory image file?
