Can't Get License.

I want create a license for quartus ii web edition but i got: Sorry. There were errors encountered during the license generation. Please click here (http://www.altera.com/download/licensing/lic-choose.html) to re-submit your request. 

Please help me, I realy need it right now.

What version of web edition you're using? I don't think you'll need a license file if you're using v8.0

newer version of Quartus II software does no need license for web edition... this is worth to give it a try since old version of Quartus II is no longer supported...
