Why the warnings and critical warnings disappear when I open the project again ?

If I compile a design, after it finished, in most cases I will have some warnings and critical warnings in the message windows. I need to skim them to see whether they indicate some serious issues.

But I found a problem that, if I close the project, and reopen it, these warnings and critical warnings disappear. Why? Is there approach I can keep them or I can make them appear again?

Thanks.

Near each step in the compile process there is a button saying 'View Report'. If you double click on one of those it will show you the project summary which includes a list of all messages the compiler generated.

You can also view them in the .rpt files generated with each step of the compilation.
