I have a TerAsic DE0-Nano on the way. One initial question is where on the CD Examples or otherwise is the *.sof that represents how the board as shipped? I want to have this file so I can always reload and get back to the "factory" configuration as I develop other projects.

I it isn't available is there a way to read the board memory to create the file?

Thanks

The file you are looking for is included inside the DE0-Nano CD

\demonstration\de0_nano_default\de0_nano.sof

To program this file to the Serial Configuration Device follow the instructions described in the Appendix (Chapter 9) of the DE0-Nano User Manual v1.9.

To program the EPCS64 with your own SRAM Object Files (*.sof) use the same instructions.

best regards.
