MAX 10 CPLD Specification Lacks MSL and Max Solder Temp

I am attempting to locate a document that contains a listed Moisture sensitivity level and Maximum Solder Temperature profile for the MAX10 CPLD. Please assist.

http://wl.altera.com/support/reliability/msl/rel-msl.jsp  To know the maximum solder temperature, you can refer to AN353 document, Table 2 for more information: https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/an/an353.pdf
