I am just starting to work with the Cyclone IV and Cyclone V FPGA, I want to know what the best support and software options are. Any advice welcome.

I recently purchased this Cyclone V starter kit. 

 https://www.altera.com/solutions/partners/partner-profile/terasic-inc-/board/cyclone-v-gx-starter-kit.html  I am looking for tech support to help me get started with the programming. Preferably a phone number I can call. Does Altera provide call-in tech support?  Thanks you for your response, Ken
