Problem in configuring Cyclone V GT development kit pins for 1.2V voltage level

I have a Cyclone V GT development kit to do some testing, and I need to use the pins of the HSMB connector with voltage level of 1.2V as simple I/O. But when I connect pins 5-6 from the J17 connector, my design does not work. Do I need any additional configuration to be made?https://ssl.gstatic.com/ui/v1/icons/mail/images/cleardot.gif

Hi,

J17 is DNI.

Have you mounted jumper? check its connection.

Have you checked with Default 2.5 V is you design working?

Also check the Pin assignments.

Along with your code include basic led blink program which helps in debugging(whether problem is in FPGA logic OR HSMB interface logic)
