In remote update mode, factory image can not go to application image after reconfig input is triggered in factory image.

We choose cyclone IV EP4CE15F17C8N FPGA for our new NPI production, we use remote update sheme to upgrade FPGA configuration, there are some abormal when factroy image go to application image. I want to know if we could use JTAG when there are factory and application programed in the EPCS chip, and how should I do?

Yes, you could use JTAG for Remote System Upgrade (RSU).

"System Console" 's RSU function is only available at 18.0 version or later? I am using 17.1 Prime, and when I generate jic file, there is error " Serial Flash Loader device is missing", so can not generate JIC file? ​
