EEPROM for 82574L on ARM

Hi!

I'm going to use a 82574L in our design for iMX6 (ARM) and have couple questions about initialising EEPROM (or flash maybe).

1. Is it any tool to write in on ARM?

2. If no - how can I do it externally? Is it any tool to configure an image to burn it directly to EEPROM chip via SPI?
