Licence plate recognize using open-vino

by using intel samples 'licence-plate-recognized' I not able to detect Indian licence plates this is working only on Chinese licence plates not on other country licence plates,

plz tell the ways to solve this problem.

It came along with open-vino tool kit , This samples are in below Mentioned Directory.

C:\< Open-vino Dir>\computer_vision_sdk_2018.3.343\deployment_tools\intel_models
