TXE support for e3815 for embedded application

Hello,

I have following query regarding txe support for intel atom processor e3815-I(embedded application).

1.Does e3815 only is sufficient to provide txe support or it requires additional external chip to support txe.

2. what tools are required for development of txe firmware.

These documents are accessible when you have an Embedded Design Center (EDC) Privileged account.
