https://communities.intel.com/message/411452# 411452 I need a IBIS model of Intel Atom E3805 processor for DDR3L simulation. Is there this model? Spice model is not suitable.

Hello Rustres,

Thank you for contacting the Intel Embedded Community.

The https://edc.intel.com/Link.aspx?id=7025 Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor E3800 M/D/I SoC – I/O Buffer Information Specification (IBIS) Models document # 508793 that you seek, is classified as Intel confidential which requires a CDNA between your company and Intel as well as a Privileged EDC account. To request an upgrade from your Basic EDC account to a Privileged account, go to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/embedded/embedded-design-centersupport.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/embedded/embedded-design-centersupport.html and click on "Manage Your Intel Profile" found in the "Manage Your Account" section of the page. Hi,

The document # 508793 does not contain a IBIS model for DDR3L signals. Only Spice model.

Hello Rustres ,

Thanks for you clarification.

It is important to let you know that Intel guarantees that their devices fulfill with the standards stated in their documentation if the implementations related to them follow the recommendations included in their documentation.

Due to this fact, we suggested verifying that your design fulfills with the DDR3L implementation guidelines. This information is stated in section 5, on pages from 78 to 129 of the https://edc.intel.com/Link.aspx?id=7003 Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor E3800 Product Family Platform Design Guide (PDG) document # 512379; https://edc.intel.com/Link.aspx?id=7007 Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor E3800 Platform: Trace Length Calculator document # 512611, and https://edc.intel.com/Link.aspx?id=7008 Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor E3800 Platform: Trace Length Calculator (TLC) Addendum document # 523692. These documents are accessible if you have an EDC privileged account.

We hope that this information is useful to you.

Best Regards,

Carlos_A
