Hi,
I am thinking of getting a monitor and quite like this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-P2270HD-22-inch-Widescreen-Freeview/dp/B002DPSKDO/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1291677237&sr=8-16%29... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-P2270HD-22-inch-Widescreen-Freeview/dp/B002DPSKDO/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1291677237&sr=8-16
I will be connecting this monitor to my laptop (Core2Duo@2.2GHz, Intel X4500MHD, 3GB DDR3) via HDMI...
I don't play games except AOE3 and I know this graphics chip will handle day-to-day tasks in Windows with ease...But I like to play around with the eye-candy in Ubuntu...Will this chip support those stunning Ubuntu (x86_64) effects in full galore? Any member here with this setup (X4500 & 22inch monitor) and Ubuntu installed?
I would appreciate any help ifrom someone who has already hooked up this type of setup (Intel X4500 chip with a 22inch+ monitor), so just asked...
Thank You for Your time and replies.
