P4-northwood throttling(TM1) at 55'C?

Any ideas why my p4-2.6c seems to be throttling down at 55'C?

is this normal ? abnormal?

The only reason for throttling is it's gettting too hot, try to get more air on the CPU and/or ensure your cooling is fitted properly.
